Offering a complete epos solution over multiple sites. Each site is running our J2 580 Touch Screen terminals with ICR Touch front end software solution. Multiple terminals then communicate to TMS Back Office software, allowing the collection of sales and programming data. With vast amounts of data available 24 hours a day, the business is able to make fast, yet informed business decisions.
The Boat House
Prime location within Christchurch Quay with sea views and great food. The Boat House is a site reliant on extremely fast service, especially through the summer period, which is why the Sharp UP-V9000was chosen linked to six HP iPAQ Wireless Hand Held Terminals. Staff carry out service equipped with money pouches and are reliant on the Hand Held terminals carrying out all the leg work. This is why we made use of sophisticated printing functionality including diverted and segregated printing to ensure all staff were informed on preparation of orders.
The Elm Tree
Prime site located in the New Forest, offering great food and service. With high customer demands and large services for lunch and dinner a reliable and user friendly system was required, enabling simple price changes and product updates at the touch of a button. This is why four J2 580 Touch Screen terminals were chosen to cover the main bar/restaurant areas as well as a function room. Also fitted with biometric finger print readers allowing for the very latest in staff security and management.
Bistro on the Beach
Another prime location, situated on the sea front at the Solent Promenade. With simplicity being the key, the Sharp UP-X300 terminal was the EPOS system of choice. With its highly user friendly design and layout, this system makes even the most complex of menus easy to follow. With two Sharp UP-X300 Touch Screen Terminals installed, staff make use of all the terminals clerk functionality including; clerk interrupt and floating clerks, to ensure a smooth running of service.
